You can ask us to permanently delete your EzDarzi account and the personal data linked to it. Here's how to make the request — and what happens once you do.
Deletion is handled over email so we can verify the request belongs to you before anything is removed. It only takes a minute.
Write to contact@ezdarzi.com from the email address on your EzDarzi account, or include your registered mobile number so we can match the account.
Account Deletion Request
So we can verify it's really you, add your registered name, your mobile number, and the email tied to your EzDarzi account.
Once we confirm the request, we delete your account and associated personal data. You'll get an email confirming when it's done.
After we verify your identity, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted within 15 days. If we need anything further to confirm the request, we'll reach out at the email or number you contacted us from.
Please note: deletion is permanent and can't be undone. If you have an order in progress, we'll complete or cancel it before your account is removed. To use EzDarzi again after deletion, you'll need to create a new account.
