Welcome to EzDarzi. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EzDarzi website, app, and doorstep tailoring service (together, the "Service"), operated by EZDARZI LLP ("EzDarzi", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, placing a pilot order over WhatsApp, or ordering through the app once it launches, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

01Who we are

EzDarzi provides AI-assisted, made-to-measure tailoring of Indian ethnic wear. We capture your body measurements through phone-based scanning, have your garments stitched by verified master tailors, and deliver them to your door. The Service currently operates in and around Gurugram, Haryana, and is in a limited pilot ahead of our wider app launch.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law. If you use the Service for someone else, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

03Your account and orders

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping any account credentials secure. During the pilot, orders are arranged over WhatsApp; once the app is live, you can order in-app. Pricing for a pilot order is shared on WhatsApp once your garment and fabric are decided.

04Body scanning and measurements

Our fit relies on measurement data captured through your device camera and our scanning technology. By using the scan feature you consent to the capture and processing of this data as described in our Privacy Policy. Fit accuracy depends partly on scan quality and on the details you provide, so please follow the on-screen guidance carefully.

05Confirming an order

Every garment is stitched to your individual measurements and choices, so each order is made specifically for you. When you confirm and pay, you are placing an order that we accept by confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, where a fabric is unavailable, where measurements can't be validated, or where we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already paid for a declined order.

06Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, include applicable taxes. Payment is collected through our third-party payment provider; by paying you also agree to their terms. We do not store your full card or banking details. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

07Fabric pickup and delivery

Where your order involves your own fabric, we collect it from your door at a time you choose and return the finished garment to you. Pilot orders typically take 7–10 days for normal stitch and around 48 hours for express, though timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Please provide safe and reasonable access for pickup and delivery.

08Re-stitch guarantee

We stand behind our fit. If a delivered garment doesn't fit as expected, we will re-stitch or alter it at no extra charge, subject to the conditions and timelines in our Refund Policy. The guarantee covers fit; it does not cover a change of mind about style, colour, or fabric once stitching has begun.

09Intellectual property

The EzDarzi name, logo, designs, software, and content belong to EZDARZI LLP and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission.

10Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting false or another person's information, disrupting or probing our systems, uploading unlawful content, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

11Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties for scanning technology, payment processing, delivery, hosting, and messaging. We choose partners with care but are not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control.

12Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Where we are liable, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13Indemnity

You agree to indemnify EZDARZI LLP against reasonable losses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

14Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should continue — such as intellectual property, liability, and governing law — will survive.

15Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, will have jurisdiction over any dispute. Please contact us first — we'd rather resolve any concern directly.
